About

I'm a Strategy and Commercial Planning Senior Analyst at Nexi Group, working at the intersection of financial institutions, digital banking, and growth. An Erasmus term in Spain first pulled me toward international finance, a path that continued with an experience with financial institutions at Deloitte and a Master's in Finance at the Barcelona School of Economics, before I joined Nexi's Graduate Program.

Today I manage the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of international financial institution clients, and track our broader pipeline through a dashboard I built to keep stakeholders informed, alongside building the financial models behind strategic initiatives and preparing the analysis that reaches Nexi's C-suite.

Outside work, I follow crypto and emerging technology closely, investing in early-stage L1/L2 and DeFi projects as a way to stay hands-on with where financial infrastructure is heading. And last but not least, I'm big into sports!

Strategic Asset Valuation

Valuation Market Sizing Financial Modelling

Led the valuation workstream for a strategic asset project worth approximately €50M, building financial scenario models under multiple assumptions and sizing the addressable market to stress-test the business case.

Implementation details
Overview

Nexi needed to decide whether to sell or revamp the asset, which required a deep analysis to understand the cause of its decline and its actual state. The decision required significant Capex investment, but Nexi lacked a rigorous valuation of the underlying ~€50M strategic asset. I was asked to independently assess the asset's value, size the addressable market, and outline possible scenarios to inform stakeholders on the investment decision.

What I Did

Built a financial scenario model with three scenarios under multiple assumptions, ran sensitivity analysis on the key variables, and cross-checked market sizing against comparable transactions. I also built the deck used to present the findings to key stakeholders.

Result

The valuation directly informed top management's approval of the Capex-backed campaign to revamp the asset, giving decision-makers a data-backed view of the opportunity.

Customer Repricing Initiative

Market Analysis Customer Base Assessment Pricing Strategy

Ran market analyses and customer-base assessments across the client portfolio to identify where pricing was misaligned with value delivered, then built the case for a repricing initiative.

Implementation details
Overview

Parts of Nexi's client portfolio were priced below the value being delivered, leaving revenue on the table and creating friction with both new and existing clients. I was asked to identify where pricing was misaligned across the portfolio and build the business case for a repricing initiative.

What I Did

Ran market analyses and customer-base assessments, segmented clients by value delivered versus price paid, and built a Power BI dashboard to automate the process. Once the target segments were identified, I led the repricing initiative end-to-end, from analysis through implementation, managing the communication with both banks' account managers and the clients impacted by the change.

Result

About €450K in additional annual revenue generated from the initiative once approved and rolled out, restoring the Group's margin on clients that had previously been generating negative or below-threshold profitability.

International Pipeline & Dashboard

Client Management Dashboarding Reporting

Manage the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of international financial institution clients, and built the dashboard that tracks our broader €15.5M pipeline for stakeholders on deal status and pipeline health.

Implementation details
Overview

Nexi's international pipeline needed clearer visibility for stakeholders tracking deal progress and forecasting revenue. I was asked to manage the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of international clients and give leadership real-time insight into pipeline health.

What I Did

Built and maintained the dashboard tracking the pipeline, drove cross-sell and upsell execution through direct client correspondence, and delivered regular updates to stakeholders.

Result

Contributed to a +19% pipeline growth for the team, with leadership gaining continuous, self-serve visibility into deal status.

Crypto & Digital Assets Investing

Digital Assets DeFi Independent Research

Independent investor across the crypto ecosystem, from established assets like Bitcoin and Solana to early-stage L1/L2 protocols and DeFi primitives. I evaluate opportunities through fundamentals research, tokenomics analysis and on-chain due diligence.
